As a Christian and a personal trainer, I firmly believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Caring for our physical health is not vanity—it’s stewardship. Just as we nourish our spiritual walk through prayer and scripture, we must also nourish our bodies through movement, nutrition, and rest.
Exercise is more than just weight loss or muscle gain—it’s about honoring the body God has given us. When we move with intention, we build endurance, not just physically but spiritually. Just like in faith, consistency is key. Some days will be tough, but Philippians 4:13 reminds us, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
A strong body fuels a strong faith. When we take care of our health, we have more energy to serve, worship, and fulfill our God-given purpose. So, let’s commit to being fit, not just for ourselves, but for His glory.
